Breakfast Berry Cobbler Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1¼ cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries evenly over the bottom of a greased 4x4 baking dish. Top with crumb topping (below) and bake for 15 minutes. Crumb Topping Mix together: ½ c. 100% dry rolled oats 1 Tbls pure maple syrup Dash of cinnamon ¾ Tbls butter While cobbler is baking, prepare yogurt topping. Yogurt Topping Mix together: 8 oz. of plain fat-free yogurt 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract 1 packet of powdered *Stevia (a natural, highly beneficial sweetener, to learn more, log on to www.stevia.net). Spread yogurt topping on warm cobbler just before serving. Enjoy!
