Good Fats Salad Dressing
1 medium lemon peel – grated 2 Tbls lecithin 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls lemon juice Toss into a blender, puree and enjoy! You may notice that this recipe contains fats … the “good” fats, that is! “Good” fat is something your body needs for optimal health.
