Marinade:

1/4 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water

Mix the marinade ingredients together and marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes.

While fish is marinating, mix the following sauce ingredients together and bring to room temperature before serving.

Orange Dill Sauce:
1 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill, or 2 teaspoons dry dill
Splash of Tabasco and a squeeze lemon, if desired.

Preparation:
Grill salmon fillets on gas or charcoal grill, or broil under oven broiler for approximately 4-5 on each side, for a total of 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish.  Serve with orange dill sauce.  Serves 4.

Do you know that eating Salmon increases memory?  So does mackerel, herring, sardines, and tuna.  Each are rich in sources of DHA, which is a fish oil that helps to create healthier brain cells.

Other food sources that enhance memory:

The healthiest nuts for the brain are almonds and walnuts, which actually look like miniature brains.

Foods with the greatest antioxidant capacity are the healthiest for the brain. These include fruits such as prunes, raisins, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Vegetables with the highest antioxidant capacity include garlic, kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, and broccoli.

Olive oil, avocados, macadamia nuts, and other monounsaturated fats help to prevent memory loss.

Now, check out Temple Tip Know Before Saying No! to discover another great way to enhance memory!
